Switch qui redémarre sans arrêt

Bonjour à tous, 

J'ai un switch SG350-10P POE manageable. 

J'ai connecté ma box orange sur le port 1du swtich.

Mon problème : le switch reboot en permanence. Je ne peux pas accéder au switch via l'interface web car vu qu'il reboot il perd la connexion. 

Comment faire pour que le switch ne reboot pas toutes les 2 minutes?

si vous parvenez à accéder à la console, publiez les résultats que vous voyez. Il y a aussi un bogue (collé ci-dessous), la seule solution de contournement est une RMA...
