Upgrade Nexus 9000

Hello,
We have 93108TC-FX3P and 93240YC-FX2 switches, each switch is in a stack of 2 with parameterized VPCs.
We would like to know if we can upgrade to ISSU mode like this:
9.3(11) → 10.3(7)M → 10.5(2)F
Is it necessary to start with the primary switch?
If our VPCs are correctly configured, will there be a service interruption?

Thank you very much.

Hello @Martin Belays

ISSU upgrade, so recommended path:9.3(11) → 10.3(7)M → 10.5(2)F

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/dcn/tools/nexus-9k3k-issu-matrix/index.html

The upgrade must be triggered on the vPC primary switch, and the process will roll over to the secondary.

No service interruption is expected since vpc is corectly configured ; but I always prefer windows maintenance for that !

Check ISSU requirements for non disruptive upgrade: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/sw/nx-os/tech_note/vpc_upgrade.html

Best regards
