cisco monitor capture send trafic to gre vpn ip address

I have some network problems and I need to track packets by wireshark

When I searched I found that monitor capture

but it is capture trafic and save it in file

after that u can download file using tftp or ftp and open it in wireshark

I need a way to send capture trafic  packets directly to my pc to see it in wireshark without download file
