Cisco Routers password lifetime for admin user

Question: How to set a password lifetime, let's say for 90 days, for 'admin' local user in a Cisco Router ?

To achieve the purpose that you are mentioning you need to configure a Password Security Policy , please refer to the following documentation to know more about it https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/sec_usr_aaa/configuration/15-sy/sec-usr-aaa-15-sy-book/sec-aaa-comm-criteria-pwd.html#GUID-A5BA8563-5A36-4307-A992-AE7567168E3F 

While configuring with the command "aaa common-criteria policy <name>" within that part you will be able to configure the lifetime for the users that you will link to that policy , notice that you cannot give more than 30 days in some softwares so if you want to give a 90 day access , you can use the 3 months option that is available.
