Good morning,
I come to you because I am very annoyed.
I bought a Cisco 7821 on the internet. I passed it to SIP78XX.12-0-2MPP0001-116.
I have correctly configured my OVH sip line from the web administration, but the phone is blocking me because it is asking me for a license. My question is: how do I use the phone with my OVH SIP line without having a license?

Not sure which firmware you have, but on the release notes for 12.0(2) says:
Release Notes
Use these release notes with the Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series Multiplatform Phones running SIP Firmware
Release 12.0(2).
The following table describes the individual phone requirements.

dont sorry English is not my language either.
The problem is that the concept of Multiplatform Firmware (MPP) is not for any platform. Probably depending on the solution your OVH use, the phone may not support.
I believe you can sheck with your OVH support on that. If they support and if they can provide you some guide. They should.

Otherwise I also use 3CX. But the problem is that the phone asks me for a license. And I think without this license I can't use the phone.

On order to perform the migration, a valid migration license is typically required. The availability and cost of migration licenses may vary depending on your specific licensing agreement or support contract with Cisco. Without the appropriate license, the migration cannot be completed.

The problem is that I have no contract with Cisco. On my software.cisco.com account in licenses I have this but I don't know if it's good or not... I contacted a webex sales representative but he offers me an all-inclusive license with line and calls except I already have this at OVH, I just need to activate the phone...
