ATA 191 reboots continually

Hi everybody

I just installed a 191 ATA  phone adapter.

I have the following problem :

Every 15 to 30 mn, the device reboots, I have no idea why. And that interrupts all activity. PRT button starts blinking, then all the boot process goes on.

I could get 2 messages from the log which are:

1)

Before this device I had a PAP2 one which has worked fine for years, on the same lines.

If anyone has an idea of what causes this device to reboot ?
