First time this has ever happened and it happened back to back. I open 2 cases a few days apart and ended up with a CCIE for each. I did a double take when I read their signature.
And my god how good of a TAC experience it was. Fast to reply and dead on accurate. This is how its supposed to be!
Cisco needs more of this!
