how to manage two P1 ticket or two severity 1 ticket  if we get alert at same time  any smart answer plz

I want to know the whole story.  Don't "drip feed" the info.  
I am not going to play "20 questions" until I know the complete story.  

1. Is this a "theoretical" question or is this a real-life question? 
2. What technology are these P1s affecting, LAN/WAN, wireless, ISE, DNAC, etc? 
3. What TAC "desk" are both tickets assigned to, LATAM/NAM, Europe, Asia?
