Can't log into Community account using my work email

Hi, 

I can't seem to log into community using my work email. 
My work email is supposed to have access to partner hub. 
It is stucked at "Nickname" part, and it says "there was an error while registering your account, please contact administrator"

I've tried changing browser, clearing cookies, using incognito mode, but nothing works. 
Please assist, thanks!
