So my problem is pretty unique. I had an android phone on which I downloaded Duo Mobile few years ago and enabled 2FA on some accounts including my Instagram account. This July I bought a new phone and sold my old one to my brother, but forgot to disable Duo authentication from that phone. I also forgot about Duo Mobile existence and I didn't transfer my account to a new phone. So I tried to log in to my Instagram yesterday and as soon as I saw the message for a 6 digit code I called my brother. But he restored the phone on factory settings and every app from phone was uninstalled. We tried to install Duo Mobile again but my old phone does not support Duo Mobile app anymore. Can you help me find a solution to get my Instagram account back and if its possible to remove Duo Mobile authentication from my account?
