I'm trying to configure cisco collector for our SKY client. The customer received confirmation from Cisco that the CCOId email had already been created and linked to the SNTC contract.
However, when trying to access the services.cisco.com portal, the site does not load the services and directs you to another registration site and if I try to register, clicking Register Now, I get an error.. We need this access to generate the certificate and insert it into the collector. Could you guide me?
