Basically, no matter what I attempt to do to get CCP v2.8 to open I continue to receive the "Cisco Configuration Professional requires Internet Explorer Java plug-in 1.6.0_11 or above." error message.
I have the latest version installed as of today (8.3.2015), have added all exceptions to the Java control panel, the Trusted Sites in IE v11, and added 127.0.0.1 to the compatibility settings in IE v11.
I have installed CCP v2.8 on multiple Windows 7 machines but never on a server. I am starting to second guess whether it is even possible.
Any information regarding this subject is greatly appreciated.
