Average Throughput Events, CPU Usage, and memory Usage not reporting

thank you for the information but what the issues I do have it's not reporting the usage in the FTD local management not sure why and I did notice my hard drive it is 120Gb but it is reporting 80Gb memory 8Gb it is reporting 4Gb it is something!!!
