My Exchange Admin is getting antsy about CSA on Exchange servers. Has anyone successfully implemented CSA on an Exchange server? There are no built in policies I can find in 5.2, did you have to do a lot of custom rule writing?

It would appear I spoke too soon about Cisco TAC...I'm attaching the document they gave me. They said the only caveat they had was to make sure we used the 1433 TCP port for SQL Server.
I managed to get the XML file by re-running the webmgr.exe command to export to the XML. Is that the norm? Instructions provided said "just run the script"
