HI. I am new to WebEx. I use "Meetings" for my classes and all of a sudden, I can no longer unmute or mute the participants. What am I doing wrong or where is this setting as I am scheduling classes?

Thanks. I used to be able to do that on the screen that shows their face. I just now read that I can do it in the panel list. When I use the unmute on the "face" of each person it now says, Unmute Requested".
