In the previous version Webex, the NDI setting can be found under Meeting Settings -> NDI management. However, ever since our site is upgraded to the new "video mesh" platform (as per https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/m61d8eb/Webex-App-%7C-About...
I got the reply from Cisco support that NDI is not supported under the "Webex Suite" platform*. So if you want NDI at this moment you'll need to "roll back" to the old platform. But I'm not sure how long the old platform will last as they should be...
This is the very same problem that I have. With the "Webex Suite" (previously known as "Video Mesh") platform, the menu bar no longer exists in the Webex app and I have no way of locating the NDI setting.
