I am sorry that it is still not working for you. ☹I forgot to mention that I also went to the top bar of the webex screen and clicked on Connect to a Device-->Click here to fix a problem-->Enable Detailed Paired Logging.
I was just able to fix mine by going to Settings->Audio->Ringers and Alerts.Set the Ringers and Alerts drop down menu to whatever your audio output is instead of "All Devices". In my case it was "Speakers / Headphones (Realtek Audio)"
