My problem has settled.The first, I created Cisco account.Then I got case number from https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case , after login to Cisco account.and I sent my requirement to customer service by email twice.but it had been left for 3weeks....

こんにちわわたしも同じ状況です。サイトから解約もできす、またカスタマーサポートに電話して、メールして解約して欲しいと依頼しました。でももう3週間も返事がありません。そちらは解約できましたか？もしできたのでしたら、方法を教えていただけますか？

Hello I m having the same trouble. Therefore I created Cisco account and got the case number from webex customer support. (but customer support are keeping my request for more than two weeks)I hope you can settle problem soon.
