Gi0/4でアクセスポートが設定出来ない

今ルーターとスイッチ間でアクセスポートを設定しようとしています。それで、WANポートである、Gi0/4ポートにswitchport mode accessやswitchport access vlan XXXと入力しても弾かれてしまいます。アクセスポートにしたい場合どのように設定したらよろしいでしょうか？
