Custom app Chrome reinstalls

Hello.I have added "Chrome_95.0.4638.74.apk" arm64-v8a.Systems Manager install the APK fine.But every time i push "Sync" button in "Managed Apps" it reinstalls "Chrome.I have 5 other custom apps that dont do this.The devices i testing this on.Samsung...
