I can ping the switch from my PC, but I can not ping the PC from the switch. I assume that would be a problem for transferring the ios image from PC to the switch using tftp?

My version is not on the affected list, so I tried the work around solution but still got the same error. Any recommendation on how the procedures for upgrading the software should be done?

I am trying to find ways to fix the issue before thinking about upgrading it. By the way, it does not seems like that new software version supports this device..
