Cannot RDP into devbox

I can’t RDP into my lab’s DevBox instance. I confirmed that I can SSH into it though… I have tried connecting via RDP through Firefox, Chrome, and MS Remote Desktop, but none of which works. For the first two, I instantly just get a message that show...
