UC540W Trying to reset to factory default problem.

1) I am trying to have the unite factory default and was following an instruction to do it via CLI.2) But in order to reset the CUE, it seems I have to get into the CUE session mode. I can not do this as it says it needs IP address configured on ie0/...

UC320W - Just purchased a new from ebay. Can not install.

I can not install the unit as it requires the Adobe Flashplayer and it is no longer available. Would you please help how I could navigate this problem? Can I upgrade the firmware but how ?
