Hello,I need to schedule 12 meetings for this one group but I don't want them to receive 12 separate emails . I am wondering if there a way for them to receive one email with the meeting coordinates of ALL meetings?
Thanks a lot for your response! Could you please clarify what you mean by "they will have to create their own meeting with the URL"? If I send them 12 URLs in one email, wouldn't they be able to access them all just by clicking on those links?
