I clean up old folders in this path /ngfw/Volume/root2/ngfw/var/cisco/deploy/db# , it fixed the issue. Notice, I got same issue on 2 FP1140, I did the same and now all 3 FP passed the readiness check, no issue. Thank again Marvin for helping us.

Sorry for my late reply. I created ticket to Cisco but still waiting for a WebEx session. I will update here if have any update from the TAC. Marvin, Appreciate your input!!!
