Yes, I guess I could apply the same configuration/setup to the Catalyst 2950. I am also interested in the C3560 as we have both models.

I think you need ACS 4 for NAC II. The 2950 should have at least 12.1(22)EA5, maybe 12.1(22)EA6 to support NAC-L2-8021X.
