If I understand you correctly, you want two paths to two different ISPs. You would then need two default gateways and the Pix only supports one. So the answer would be, no.In order to multihome you need alot of equipment, including two PIXes.
Are you trying to boot to ROMMON with the boot helper on a floopy?I'd download a new boothelper and try to get to ROMMON, from there you can reflash the IOS. If that doesn't help then use the erase disk and completely hose the IOS, leaving you in ROM...
