Thanks for the suggestion Jim.  I am running the 32-bit version of JRE1.7.0_15 but with no success.  I am receive an unsupported error.  I tried FM5.0.4d and FM4.2.9.I reloaded Java 6 and am back to a good spot with FM.  http://java.com/en/download/...
