I had the same issue with a Lenovo Ideapad. It would work perfectly on other routers with DHCP but no the RV320. Never got it working on either Win8.1 or Win10. The only work around is to manually configure the IP on that machine.

I ended up sending the RV320 to the scrap heap and buying a 6 port china networking box off aliexpress for $200. Loaded pfsense and haven't looked back.

I had the same issue and gave up. If Cisco was going to fix it they would have done it a long time ago.
I would return it and get something else. Peplink Balance and the Zyxwl USG series both do load balancing well.
