If you know the specific job run involved, the Audit tab will show you manual activities taken by someone when you look at that specific job run.

Rather than going to the DB, I believe you can achieve this by exporting the job definitions to CSV from the console. In this case, JobQueue is the only one I'm not sure is a field that is available when you export.
