The standard admin password for "IOS XE on Cat8kv AlwaysOn" (devnetsandboxiosxe.cisco.com) is not working.

Agreed! I tried last night as well with the same error observed. I wasn't sure if the backend was down or the device was rendered inaccessible and needs to be re-provisioned.
Is there another place to report errors, or just here in Forums?
@balajirajah Fearing this would happen again, I created a secondary user when the device was restored so I could get in; I set the password back for the admin user to the expected value. Please try.
