It's beyond crazy that it's still not possible to turn off something as simple as pop-up notifications while still keeping a notification badge in the task bar.How hard can it be, I beg of you, please?

I feel ya. It can't be that hard, can it? It's very inappropriate to have messages pop up that sometimes are not meant for anyone who can see my screen to read. Why is there no way to just turn off those pop-up previews???
