Hi,then it's another problem than mine. My microphone worked when testing it in WebEx. It "only disappeared" when I initiated a call. Maybe you should try other options mentioned in this thread.Regards Thomas

When testing audio in Webex Application everything is fine. Microphone and Earphones work as expected. As soon as I initiate a call or pick up a call the (only) microphone ist not working anymore. When I then go to the app I see the following screen....
