OMG @Paul Chapman is a life saver!! I just edited the BOOTX64.cfg and grub.cfg files in the EFI/BOOT directories and the isolinux.cfg file in the isolinux directory to the root=live:UUID=(whatever the USB UUID is) and it WORKED!!! Now I have working ...
