You may also be able to grab logs from the cable modem itself showing errors or signal issues if they exist.

Any chance you have a proxy configured on the web browser you're trying to access ASDM from?

Thank you, that's essentially what I found. I ended up trying it both with and without the "catch all rule / cleanup rule" with similar results however a few protocols didn't seem as happy with it configured that way. I did verify that in both case...

I don't see nat-control enabled within your config, but it seems like you're still trying to use nat. I'm guessing you may either need to add nat-control, or get rid of the identity nat statements. I'm not an "expert" though... Good luck.
