Thank you again.I've followed the steps to remove both versions of the plugin via the command line, and I've gotten into the WP console. I'll start over with Duo Universal. Thank you for your help. What a relief. --Sarah

@DuoKristina Thank you for explaining this fix. I set one of my admin users to Bypass, and attempted to log in to WordPress. The Duo screen came up, then disappeared. The "Logging you in" message" from WordPress came up...but then the WordPress login...
