Previously around 2 years ago there was IOS XE 8kV Always-On sandbox which allowed these functionality but this sandbox is deprecated so i am looking for new sandbox which allows this functionality.

hi @Kasun Bandara i have just started "Catalyst 8000 Always-On Sandbox" as you have suggested and used "username xyz privilege 15 secret C****@123"command to create a new user and tried to login with it but i am getting access denied.
