I have a Cisco UCS standalone c220 M3SBE with CPU E5-2609. Installed ESXi OS: 5.1 build 1483097. I checked it can be upgraded to ESXi 6.7 20497097. I also checked that in order to achieve that I have to follow the below upgrade path:
