The camera is a few months old. We had it installed in a gymnasium and someone hit it with a ball. The camera is fine but the dome fell off and went missing. I think its a little crazy that a huge vendor like CIsco doesnt offer a replacement dome
I think thats the issue here. I was in a rush when adding them and i put them in the wrong place. So it looks like I need to add them as Camera and Sensor Adminsdoes it need to be done under each location specifically? (we have multiple locations)
