Hi Yudong,I think you are very close to the problem.Yesterday I've found that the connections will be lost not for complete inside VLAN, but only between DMZs on active FWSM and inside servers, which are connected (with active LAN card) to second 650...
We don't use any NAT.I did bidirectional capture on inside interface of FWSM - I can see SYN packets from inside and ACK answers from host in DMZ, but these ACKs never reached the switch VLAN on 6509 (where the source of SYN requests is).
