Hi Blake,Is it connecting to a network? This sounds like it's not authenticating and if it has just been reset, would need to connect to a WiFi network to do that.
It's iOS and I have other devices that are managed by Meraki (added in as a device, not auto-enrolled) and they work fineI don't need a 3rd party camera app although I have added a 3rd party QR reader app to get me through until I can find a solution...
