Was this solved already? I also have this issue and from the bug search it says to disable threat detection by :
no threat-detection basic-threatno threat-detection statistics
after entering this command my CPU-USAGE gradually drops to almost 5%...

May I ask how do you manage FirePower? is it via FireSight Defence Center? Im managing via ASDM and I cant see to update the ULR filtering updates. and I cant also block Youtube via URL category under streaming media.
