since the new desk top WEBEX application (46.6.0.35178) published on 16 June 2026 I have had some users that are unable to call external. is there a way I can get an older version and see if that corrects the issue
the users that are on the previous version are not having the external dialing issue and the new version. A user with the issue logged on to a computer with the previous version and was able to complete an external 10 digit dial.
