I have seen two different ASA5505, one is ASA5505 V03, the another one is ASA5505 V04, is any hardware or mainboard difference between the V03 and V04 version?

Does the ASA 5505 DES(ASA5505-SEC-BUN-K8) and ASA 5510 DES (ASA5510-K8) can free upgrade to 3DES/AES VPN License? Or free apply an "activation-key" to active the 3DES/AES function from Cisco?Thanks!
