We were advised to contact TAC. You really should do so too. No reboot is required. Restarting the services did not impact our operations.

Hi,a TAC engineer was able to resolve the issue. It involved restarting a number of services.

Not working at all after adding a new event notification.I've started a TAC case. Hopefully TAC will get it sorted.
