Password reset on PIX 501 Appliance

I followed the instructions on document ID 8529 to reset the password on my Pix 501 and after the uploading via tftp the file to the PIX 501 it just hangs and does nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks for the quick response, you are correct I was using the wrong bin to reset. It went smoothly with the correct bin.
