Thank you for reaching out. We will have the log file issue corrected in release 3.3.0. That should be out this week. We will also have NX-OS System Diagnostics in this release as well.

You can use Windows 10 with version 3.2.1 of CLI Analyzer. Please ensure you use the correct version for your OS. Most use 64 bit today, but please verify your OS type first.
