Just use the standard stencil for 9k that is available, ungroup it, edit any hardware modules that you want to be changed and edit the item properties you need to be changed, group it all again and you have a new stencil that you need.That's the work...
I did a workaround by ungrouping the 9300 Stencil available, editing its properties that I wanted to change and then grouping it again. You can edit almost everything after you ungroup once.
