ASA 5540 Can't upgrade to 8.2, 8.3, 8.4

Hello, i have problem. i cant upgrade my ASA5540 to version above 7.2. I upgraded RAM memory to 2 GB, but nothing. ASA freezes in moment :dosfsck 2.11, 12 Mar 2005, FAT32, LFNStarting check/repair pass.
