HI.In TAC case they said that it's not matrix compatible but it should work.The temporary solution is to downgrade to ASDM 7.8(1)It worked for me.

Hi.I have a ASA 5508-X and i updated to 9.8.2, and have same errors message as you.When i go to: Monitoring > Logging > Real-Time Viewer and click on View it does nothing, doesn't appear any window.
